Water Purification Process
- We are processing the raw water through various stages to manufacture packaged Drinking water with added minerals as per respective BIS specified standards.
- Water is carefully collected from Bore-well and it undergoes through sand filter and activated carbon filter to reduce chlorine, odour, colour and volatile organic compounds.
- Water passes through different grade of microfiltration removes particles as small as 0.2 microns. It is also capable of removing microbiological contaminants.
- Minerals are added for consumer taste preferences and additional health benefit.
- Water is sterilized by UV system and ozonolysis to provide additional product disinfection.
- The Filling room is highly sanitized to ensure bottling is conducted in a microbiologically controlled environment.
- Packaging materials are kept in a clean and hygienic place.
- Line sanitation includes automated cleaning equipment to ensure maximum cleanliness, effectiveness and control.
- Every batches of bottles are taken for various testing as per the standard on a daily basis.
- Periodic training monitoring & education is given to all the people to maintain personal cleanliness.
Our manufacturing facility Achieve BIS Certificate, FSSAI Certificate & BMC etc. This certification is an assurance to consumers, marketers, regulatory agencies and others regarding the quality and safety of the Company’s products.
