Water Purification Process
We are processing the raw water through various stages to manufacture packaged Drinking water with added minerals as per respective BIS specified standards.
Water is carefully collected from Bore-well and it undergoes through sand filter and activated carbon filter to reduce chlorine, odour, colour and volatile organic compounds.
Water passes through different grade of microfiltration removes particles as small as 0.2 microns. It is also capable of removing microbiological contaminants.
Minerals are added for consumer taste preferences and additional health benefit.
Water is sterilized by UV system and ozonolysis to provide additional product disinfection.
The Filling room is highly sanitized to ensure bottling is conducted in a microbiologically controlled environment.
Packaging materials are kept in a clean and hygienic place.
Line sanitation includes automated cleaning equipment to ensure maximum cleanliness, effectiveness and control.
Every batches of bottles are taken for various testing as per the standard on a daily basis.
Periodic training monitoring & education is given to all the people to maintain personal cleanliness.
